In addition, you can get services for planned surgery and post-operative care, homecare and follow-up of your chronic patient, your relatives who need constant care at home, nursing accompaniments service to your hospitalized relatives, and care for your family members on vacation.

What are the working hours of “Hemşiremi Bul” service?

Nursing services are a service that can be needed 24/7, day and night. In order to provide you with a better service, the services can be scheduled between 08:00 and 19:00.

How can I trust those who will provide nursing services?

Nurses registered in the “Hemşiremi Bul” system are carefully evaluated and included in the system. All factors such as diploma, institution information, experiences, training and certificates, and CV’s are examined, criminal records are taken, information is obtained from at least two people from the past work experiences. Preliminary evaluations are conducted with the nurses who will be included in the system. The nurses will go through an orientation program prior to delivering services. You can also examine the satisfaction ratings and comments for the service from the profile of the service provider.

How do you ensure the safety of my relative who receives nursing care services?

The safety of the nursing service provider and the service recipient is our priority. In this context, meticulous selection is ensured for those who will be included in the “Hemşiremi Bul” system. You can control the processes in which the service starts and ends through the system. In 

addition, you have the opportunity to video call and request photos with the service provider during the service delivery.  You can get a detailed report of services at the end of the service.

How can I be sure that the most suitable nurse is available for my patient/relative?

If you clearly state your need for care in the system, the most suitable nurses in terms of their professional competencies will be selected and directed to you in the system. For example, the system will guide you with different filters (oncology patients, newborns, patients with neurological problems, etc.), and facilitate you in choosing most suitable nurse.

How can I register in the “Hemşiremi Bul” system?

You need to fill out the “Job Application Form” in the Find My Nurse system. After your application has been received, you will be invited to a preliminary interview. You will be invited to the orientation training after being deemed appropriate for our services. After successfully completing the training, you will be registered in the “Hemşiremi Bul” system.

How can I register in the “Hemşiremi Bul” system?

You need to fill out the “Job Application Form” in the Find My Nurse system. After your application has been received, you will be invited to a preliminary interview. You will be invited to the orientation training after being deemed appropriate for our services. After successfully completing the training, you will be registered in the “Hemşiremi Bul” system.

When I register to the “Hemşiremi Bul” system, is there a contract between us and/or am I provided with an insurance?

There is no employee-employer relationship between Find My Nurse and the nurse. There is a partnership. The principle of freelancing is essential for both parties. When you fill our the Find My Nurse Job Application Form, you accept the “Hemşiremi Bul” User Agreement, Iyzico user agreement, and privacy policy. Apart from these, there is no insurance and contract.

How much will I earn when I sign up for the “Hemşiremi Bul” system?

Since the nurses registered in the system work with the principle of freelancing, they receive the hourly wages for the care services over the fee determined according to the intensity of the care need of the service receiver. As the care hours increase, the earnings also increase.
